01. Our commitment
0TO9 AB (publ) is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time fix.
02. Standard we target
We work towards conformance with WCAG 2.1, level AA — the benchmark referenced by the EU Web Accessibility Directive and the European Accessibility Act for services in scope.
03. Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1, level AA. Partially conformant means some content does not yet fully meet the standard. An internal review combining automated scanning (axe, Lighthouse) and manual testing has been carried out across all primary pages, and the issues identified have been remediated or are tracked under Known limitations below. A formal third-party conformance audit has not yet been performed; this status will be updated once that process is complete.
04. Known limitations
Some content loaded dynamically from our content management system (news articles, venture and press cards) may not always expose a fully distinct description to assistive technology; this is being addressed through ongoing remediation. A small number of background and hero videos are silent by design (muted, decorative) and so carry no captions, as there is no audio to transcribe. Some third-party embedded widgets (e.g. the press release listing) sit outside our direct control and may not fully meet the same standard; we work with the vendor to improve them. We are not aware of any other unresolved barriers — if you find one, please use the Feedback channel.
05. Assessment approach
Conformance is assessed through a combination of automated scanning and manual review, covering keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, colour contrast and form labelling.
06. Technical specs
Built using standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript, relying on browser accessibility APIs rather than custom controls where possible.
07. Feedback
If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website, or need information in an alternative format, contact us at accessibility@0to9.com. We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days.
08. Enforcement
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with Post- och Telestyrelsen (PTS), the market surveillance authority responsible for banking services under the Swedish Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services (2023:254), which implements the EU Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882). See pts.se for the complaint procedure.
